Oh you know...no biggie, just squealing ? with excitement as I tap away writing this. I am soooooo honoured to be featured on the cover and in this months Australian Natural Health Magazine. To not only be called the 'poster girl for the wellness movement' but to actually love every friggen sentence they wrote about me has just blown me away. The kindest and most authentic piece of writing I've ever read (about me to date). Thank you @naturalhealth_mag.
