Training on the @treadwall is an incredibly efficient and effective way to get endurance. Today after my power and strength training I did 6 sets of 2 minute circuit intervals on the machine with 1 minute rest in between. The short rest time adds up and if you're on the right set of holds, you should have pretty fried forearms by the end of it and cover about 800 feet ?? @fishercreative ? @patxiusobiaga_pucseries
