Can't believe I've got to the age of 19 & haven't tried so many things! I made this last night guys and had it for breakfast this morning and it made me feel surprisingly fresh! This particular one isn't my recipe, it's from @ニオミ・スマート 'Eat Smart' cook book! But I'm spending today making my own smoothies and will be doing a video on it in the next week or so! Really enjoying the change I've made so far!??
