Day 1 of the Soulrocker retreat: after a very emotional morning in the yoga room we visited Tampaksiring water temple, one of the holiest sites in Bali. We got in the waist high water and started the cleansing ritual of prayer and meditation in each of the 20 or so fountains. Just as we did it started to dump monsoon style rain-I'm talking crazy rain that turned staircases into waterfalls! I don't know if I've ever been so wet in my life! Afterwards I nearly slipped on my tail on the tile under this dry overhang so I thought I'd make a game out of it and see how wildly I could slide. The kid looking on got a kick out of this big dude rain skating and I enjoyed the entire adventure start to finish. One hour later it was blue skies, sunny and hot again - gotta love the tropics!
