IN & OUTS - side to sides - high knees ------------------------- 2) UPPER BODY - 3 sets 30 sec rest - Tire walks down and back - 20 shoulder presses w / Dumbbells - 20 push ups ------------------- 3) ABS 3 rounds of all 5 30 sec rest after a full round -10 V UPS -10 plank hip drops ( normal or side plank )
