First bread in new year - Pane Arizona - inspired by mighty bakers and chefs we met and visited during our desert roadtrip. It's entirely whole grain bread made with equal parts of freshly milled sonora, durum, spelt and @haydenflourmills emmer flour and a touch of rye.
