Happy #Epiphany Day! Spending the morning baking #GalettesdesRois, the puff pastry crust scored at the top to resemble a crown, baked until golden brown with a creamy almond frangipane filling (think: almond croissant, but in cake form!). Each galette comes with a golden paper crown and a little fève to hide inside, so whoever finds it is declared king for the day.
