President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden met with the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the White House’s Cabinet Room for what is expected to be their last meetings before they leave office in 16 days. Obama asked for a "seamless passing of the baton" to President-elect Donald Trump.
