Did a little weight training today ! Today the gym is pretty empty but I'm the only girl there so I'm kinda shy. When I was about to leave , a muscular guy talked to me and asked what did I do so I said " Leg Day ". He asked , " Oh did you do squats ? Actually I'm shy doing squats in front of other men. So I usually go to gym early morning or when there's no one . ?? I hope that I can be braver and bolder lol #happy #blessed #YingTze #GymLife
