My mom used to tell me when I was growing up: "Eddie, why can't you be a normal kid?" and I would reply: "I'm normal, it's not my fault that all of you are wrong". And then she would always follow with: "Papito, it is not why you say but how you say it, you are right but that's not the correct way of saying it." And my final answer always was the following: "If I am right and you are wrong how can you tell me that the way that I'm saying things is not the right one? I'll listen to you only when you are right and I'm wrong... (Cocky little fella I was) My poor Mother would just look at me with despair. If I would have listened at least once I would have missed so many things in my life. And many times I have been wrong (Not for a long time) but I rather be wrong and truthful to myself than right by being a Sheep. There's no wisdom in that. And if you hear that voice inside your head don't pay attention to it, just follow your Heart, it never fails. Little by little that voice will disappear. It can be quite a nuisance, just ignore it. Happy Sunday to everyone. Follow your Heart and give your parents a hard time. That's my wish to all of you on this Christmas morning...
