Hey guys. Just wanted to post a photo of me. Because sometimes I think we (self included) need to remember there is an actual person on the other side of the screen. And like anyone else, I have my share of ups, downs, insecurities and triumphs. I'm still learning this ever evolving and dynamic organism called social media, but my hope is that it can be a place where we learn from each other in our diversity. One thing I have gleaned is that though the screen can give us an element of autonomy, it is important to remember that there is another soul on the other side who is walking their own path the best way they know how. We all deal with a number of challenges and stressors in our day to day so how can we alleviate some of that for one another? Maybe extend grace, listen with the intention to understand, ask more, assume less and forgive continuously. That doesn't mean accept toxic, negative, trolling or abusive behavior, but rather model that which you hope another would extend. Thank you all for gifting me with your time and moments, your support and cheer in my small corner over here. I don't take it lightly at all and it leaves impact. You add brightness in my days and inspire me and broaden my perspective. What a beautiful gift. I sincerely wish each of you have a wonderful holiday season and that the upcoming year blesses you with an abundance of goodness in your heart, life, career, hobbies and with your loved ones.
