This pic means a lot to me. It was the final hours of our Kokoro test during @sealfit We were physically, emotionally, and mentally broken down. I snapped, wanted to quit, headed back to our van because my body couldn't handle the cold temperature at all on top of being wet. I was sitting next to someone who had given up and I realized that I shouldn't be in the van sitting next to him. I can't quit. Coach came to get me, asked me if I was okay and I wasn't, but there injured soldiers on the beach. What do you do? Suck it up and get back in the fight. Without the support of my brothers @バリー・スローン @iamkyleschmid @juanpabloraba @donnyboaz @jaylen1118 I definitely wouldn't have made it though those final hours. Had a little pep talk from my real brother @aldis_hodge a day earlier too and that kept me in the game as well. What an unforgettable journey!
