We experienced a Mayan cleansing ritual called 'Temazcal.' We sang ancient songs and shared what we wanted to leave behind inside the Mayan Sauna. Then we chanted some more with some conviction and shared what we wished for. I wished to be more congruent with what I know is right. To be courageous,compassionate and for my family to be healthy and happy.
When we emerged we felt renewed and of course @markpulse accidentally put the slow mo on my video at the end. Dramatic. Haha
