Today’s #FanArtFriday post is really a special one. This comes to us from John Platt who runs a very specialized program called How to Draw A Lion. How to Draw a Lion is an art education program directed at orphans and at-risk youth, in Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya, and soon to be South Africa. 16-year-old Reuben, who attends Jacaranda School for Orphans in Malawi, did this particular drawing. The whole point of the program is to teach these kids to draw and then take the art back to the U.S to sell and raise money for their education.
