I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 earlier this year along with it came the depression. It was bad and I made a mess of everything, like from mental state to physical state to relationships and career. But once i accepted the fact that I was bipolar, things became easier for myself and I started loving and forgiving myself and most importantly all those years of feeling lost and hopeless finally made sense. Even though I am a long way from total recovery , I know if I take it one day at a time , I'll be the light everyone wants to see at the end of the dark tunnel, like how I used to be before everything went downhill. Lastly I want to thank my family, my girlfriend and my friends who believed I could be better because without them nothing would be possible. #tlllfoundation #DobaraPoocho #letstalkaboutmentalhealth #survivor #letstalk
