If you follow my snapchat then you've also been following my journey of writing my book "I Don't Belong To You". This is my editor Diana and she has been such a major player in helping me create this book. Along with my book agent Lacy! I do not have a wonderful education, I was homeschooled after 5th grade and I tested out. I had my own graduation ceremony with some friends and that was that. However I always felt intimidated because I knew I talked my way through school. I could express myself but I could not write a thesis. Interesting ... ?-- I was very insecure while writing this book and kept thinking I couldn't do it alone. I went through many rewrites and extra editing sessions because I had to realize that no one could tell my story like I can. While I didn't know how to structure an actual reading book, my words on the page however good the grammar however good the usage of emojis hahaha, was me. Every word on the page. I am not just Keke Palmer the brand, I am a spirit inside searching to find meaning in their human experience. It was my dream to write this book and I manifested it with my belief in my self. My tears are tears of joy because yet again I meet God in the line of fire. "As I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I fear no evil." My granny's favorite bible verse and it is always on time. It's our own thoughts that imprison and stop us from transforming the world around us. I believe in me and I believe in you. It took me two years to write this book, I started the process during broadway and not I'm at the finish line ?. I hope, if you decide to it, that you enjoy it. I love you! #IDBTY
