Humanity has failed us all. I don't know how we can just do our normal day- to- day things and at the same time this is happening. My heart is exploding with sadness. May there be peace, unity and love for all.

Each day that I post images from my travels there is the gnawing reality that THIS is happening in Allepo before our very eyes. This brutal truth is inescapable and heart wrenching. Despite your political or religious beliefs, this atrocity and human suffering should never be tolerated. Like so many of us I feel helpless and cowardly for looking away from Syria, for not finding a productive way that I can help. The very least we can do is donate to the organizations that are doing their best to provide care and relief for all of these women, children and men who are stuck in this hellish war zone.
