Hi everyone - I'll be taking over the @handmaidsonhulu Instagram account for a little while. Firstly, I want to say - I am thrilled & honored to be a part of this project. Margaret Atwood's book The Handmaid's Tale shook me to the core - from the extraordinary, sensory & beautiful writing to the relevance it holds today. It has provided us with more than a backbone of inspiration to play out this tale for you in the form of television. I get to work with the best of the best and am daily inspired by the ridiculously talented cast & crew & creators. And I MEAN RIDICULOUSLY talented. Here is a little early video taken by our designer @anecrabtree1 who likes to get creative at our fittings. And so she should - Serena Joy's wardrobe is impeccable & totally worthy of a slow-mo twirl. (Even though Serena Joy would probably TOTALLY disapprove). - YS @therealyvonnestrahovski #HandmaidsTale
