I've been off social media for a while and this picture marks my return. Sometimes, when meeting Gloria Steinem, you crouch down and tell her all of your fears, as if they are somehow unique to only you. Then she tells you that The Constitution doesn't begin with "I the president" it begins with "We the people." She says when we look up at this unspeakable event we feel terrible, but when we look at each other we realize how much strength we have. She says a chief of state can only hold a finger to the wind and that we must become the wind. Thank you Ms. Steinem for all that you have done and for all you continue to do and give. I am ready to become the wind.
