One of the joys of living in Ulster County is getting to eat at Elena and Isaac Cruz's amazing restaurant @diegoskingston in Kingston. Tonight at 9pm EST Elena will be competing on @foodnetwork on Chopped and we are so excited to watch her cook on tv!! I so admire her bravery and tenacity cooking on show like this and hope that you'll join me in watching this awesome female chef do her thing. And if you're ever in Kingston, NY, please eat at Diegos and order the cauliflower tacos for me. And be sure to say hi to Isaac and Elena- they are the kindest people and theirs is pretty much the only restaurant we go to outside of our own kitchen. Go team Diego's!!
