The build up to expectations is beautiful, but the true feeling of experiencing them is unexplainable. Are there any moments you can look back on that you wish you would have sat in for a few moments longer? Do you have trouble remembering what it felt like? My favorite part of travel and new destinations is to reach the top of a four hour hike and see the sunset and disconnect from everything in that moment and feel my feet firmly planted on the ground. To feel human and remember how big the world truly is. To remember that tomorrow is not guaranteed and the moments where we can get the opportunity to see the beautiful world is something money cannot buy. Time is precious.
