A couple of great swim events in the books! Getting the opportunity to visit Hamdan sports complex where so many great athletes have done incredible things, is humbling. It's an inspiration to watch what people are capable of in the water and pushes me to improve my skills in this foreign element. Already excited to get to the pool again and tweak the things that I know can get better! Always fun to try something different and learn and grow from it. ・・・
