Looking weak af ??
Going to the gym for me isn't about looking cute (whilst in the gym) ?or to look like I know what I am doing (sometimes I really don't)
It's about getting fit and going at my own pace and feeling strong. My arms are a myth. I have a small cyst on my wrist so I can't bend it back very well ? need it drained. But it just comes back. It's called a ganglion or an excuse...something like that lol. So it's one day and one crappy push up at a time.. ?(This was after a set of 10... and my trainer saying one more and then filming that one ?☹️) ?
