We recently joined cookbook author and blogger Mimi Thorisson (@mimithor) on a shopping trip to our Prince Street market, where she picked out ingredients to cook with. As she looked over some gorgeous marrow bones, sniffed fresh parsley, and scooped up a crusty baguette, Mimi told us why roasted bone marrow is one of her go-to recipes. “I love rustic, really old-fashioned recipes, and I love eating all parts of the animal.
