Growing up Kurdish, one of the most important values to my family was respect for others and kindness and compassion for all. We learned that everyone, regardless of race, religion, or nationality deserved to be treated equally and that everyone is owed respect simply because they are human. These values have shaped the way I live my life, and manage my company - which of course includes my daily interactions with all of my Sazcribers. As you know from watching my videos, four years ago, I became a Christian and as I began this new relationship, one of the most important things to me was to visit the place of Jesus’ birth, life and ministry. I decided to visit the Middle East as a pilgrim to explore the Holy Land. While here, I am visiting with everyone I can to get to know as many human stories as possible just as I explore the amazing history of the Bible. Please know that my presence in this land is not an endorsement of a government, military, or people group, rather, my beliefs compel me to respect all: Arabs, Jews, Israelis, Palestinians, they all deserve my (and our) respect, kindness and love.
In the Bible it says: “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” I choose love. <3
