While getting ready to head to DC with my @hallmarkchannel family for the #NationalChristmasTreeLighting , my heart is breaking at the sight of one of our beloved #NationalParks in flames. #GreatSmokyMountains #Gatlinburg .
About 15,000 acres have been scorched and 14,000 people have been evacuated from their homes.

However, the most powerful tool of all is to PRAY. So my sincere and deepest prayers go to the people and wildlife of #Gatlinburg . To the family of the firefighters may your loved ones stay safe, to the firefighters thank you for your bravery.
