??Hamstring+Splits Stretches??

KNEELING HAMSTRING
• Think 'belly button to thigh' to isolate the stretch into your hamstring!
• Pull your toes up to the sky to increase the stretch and to get even deeper, slowly dip your head (keep belly button to thigh!)
.
SPLITS
• Shuffle your legs slowly into your splits. I always try to do this on grass/carpet/yoga mat so there is padding for my back knee!! Ouch! ?
• Aim to point both front hip bones forward, if you find this tough, you may need to stretch your hip flexors more thoroughly..
• If you are flat in your splits, try the forward fold/back reach progression
• Come out of your splits SLOWLY..wether you are flat or in a kneeling position, lean to the side and swing your back leg around ☺️

????Hold each of your stretches and progressions for AT LEAST 10 deep breaths in and out ? Concentrating on your breathing will also make your streatching more comfortable and wayyyyy more enjoyable!! ??
