Took 3 days off from the gym and finally killed a workout yesterday and man am I feeling it today. My client asked me today how I stay motivated. Let me tell you it's not always easy, but it's all mental! I plan my days ahead of time and once I set my mind to doing something I do it regardless of how I feel. Once you accomplish something that seems so far away its more rewarding. Get past your daily hurdles and you'll be motivated more than ever to get shit done. Do it for you! ? @justinmartinphoto
