ALRIGHT. I've told all of you guys what diet I follow (@rpstrength), but I've always received tons of questions about that actual food I eat. I've been working with @trifectasystem for months now (hehe Lil secret is out ?). I get food delivered every week with bulk proteins, carbs and vegetables so I can then separate and measure it according to my needs for each individual meal. They have pre made meals available as well, I just prefer the al a carte options so I can fit my RP template. Of course I supplement the things I get with other foods of my choice from the good ol grocery store, but the majority of my meal content comes from @trifectasystem. I do love a good Sunday meal prep day, but this has made staying on point with my diet so much easier, ESPECIALLY when I travel and don't have time to meal prep before starting the week. @rpstrength and I just started a nice lil cut, so I'm going to be relying on my delivery to keep me from buying all the bad snacks ? #RIP I put a link in my bio for you guys to check it out!!
