Rainy day SUP adventure! In a week I enter my seventh month of pregnancy and I'm starting to feel pretty heavy (and clumsy!). Little Poppyseed is kicking so much I have a hard time sleeping, and it's getting more and more difficult to get up off the couch... On the plus side, my sinuses have almost cleared up completely! And I don't have any back pain at all. Headstands feel fine still, handstands too depending on the day. One more trip across the Atlantic (Sweden on Wednesday!) and then I'm settling in at home to finish baking this cookie. January 1 we open @island.yoga ! I'm due February 28. 2017 is going to be wild? #pregnancy #supyoga #sup #yogaeverydamnday
