Tobi and I launched The Bikini Body Guide, BBG, almost 3 years ago. ?The BBG workout program has since travelled the world and changed the lives of millions of women globally not only physically, but as intended it has also improved the internal happiness of many. ?After seeing such a positive response from so many women worldwide we really wanted to clearly define what our mission was. ?The mission is, through healthy lifestyle and fitness to improve the quality of life, confidence and strength of women around the world from the inside out. ??We want to make more women healthy and happy. To set this to action, we travelled the world and were the first company to ever run free fitness events globally with tens of thousands of women in back to back years, we broke five Guinness world records and raised money for women’s strength and wellbeing charities along the way. ??? For us, we are continuously striving to find ways to expand the global women's fitness community, and now we think we know the next few steps.?? First, we want to provide more support by allowing more connectivity. So today we announce the release of the Sweat.com?

@Sweat will be home to many things in the coming months and years, but available today is both a new FREE fitness forum as well as a blog to host more free weekly educational content.
The @Sweat forum is a place for women of all different shapes and sizes, doing all types of workouts, from many different fitness communities, from all over the world to connect along their journey and support one another. ?A safe and supportive place for women to connect about their health and fitness journeys and to inspire and motivate each other along the way. Tobi and I are so grateful to have you all on this amazing journey with us, remember, the greatest resource we have in life, is each other.
