Recipe:
Combine 2 tbsp of mustard, 2 tbsp of Pesto sauce, 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese / vegan cheese and 1/3 cup of milk. Spread this sauce over the puff pastry and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Meanwhile make "roses" from rainbow carrots, eggplants and zucchinis. Put the roses on the dough, sprinkle with 4 tbsp of olive oil,salt and pepper and bake for 45 minutes on 390 F. #Fall #holiday
