My heart can't express how truly humbled and taken back I was today. As I listened to your girls' stories, we shared so many laughs and tears together? I know I am doing exactly what I'm supposed to be doing. That is inspiring you all through my own struggles and how I over came them. To sit back and hear honest feedback and how I have inspired you girls through your own journeys fills my heart with so much joy. I can't believe I get to even have the opportunity to be in my position and have the impact on such amazing women all over the world. What a dream come true✨??

I wanted to find a way to give back and I feel this is a start of a new movement! To give back is truly the most fulfilling and most meaningful thing I've ever done. We raised $300 to give back to the children's hospital which I will be matching so $600 in total!☺️ I only asked for a small @donation to which will go to a local organization in need. There is a need list that we will be looking over from the Montreal children's hospital and gathering supplies and sending them over so stay tuned! Also thank you @monstergym @lebistrofit
