Little throwback #NoBeard ? This picture is taken during Amsterdam Dance Event 13' at Spinnin's party. A year before that I got signed at @spinninrecords after they discovered my music on SoundCloud. At that moment I was mostly making very Hardstyle influenced Electro House stuff, but since the end of '12 I got very inspired by the U.K. Deep House / Garage House scene (artists like: Disclosure, Julio Bashmore, Dusky & more), that music was very refreshing for me and at the same time it threw me back to the Club House music released around 2008 (Check Spinnin's Sublabel 'Sneakerz Muzik'). So since then I started making more housey/funky music again with resulted in tracks like Gecko and Koala. Then a week before ADE '13 I sent @tiesto my track Gecko, he loved that track and wanted it to release it on his label Musical Freedom and he wanted to meet me during ADE, so a day after this pic I met Tiesto which was very inspiring. Gecko got released a few months after, 31 December '13 and it blew up! After that I've been releasing lots of new tracks and remixes. Also in 2014 I started a weekly podcast 'Heldeep Radio' which is still growing every day. In 2015 I started my own label @heldeeprecords together w Spinnin', I'm really happy with our collaboration (been over 4 years ?)! Also started releasing music under an alias 'HI-LO' @officialhilo, which is a little more bass driven and techno influenced. And at the moment I've got more inspiration than ever before, so you can expect a lot of different dope music in the future ?Today 'Good Life' ft.
