So ... because I don't get much wrapped up in politics (well lets be honest ... I don't give AF about them) this whole election process was funny to watch for me ... almost like an on going SNL skit where the two actors were playing themselves. But this evening it became a lot less funny when my friend @enwrong posted a video on his facebook of his neighbors yelling "Sieg Heil" in celebration of Trumps victory. I immediately felt uneasy and sickened not so much by who's going to be in the white house but more so by what this victory was perceived as representing to these people. I seriously hope this isn't the beginning of us as a collective species taking steps backwards in ethics, morals and principles because of greed and fear ... I mean ... do you guys think this is the beginning of a really dark time? I personally am not clear on what to think I just know the crappy way I felt when I saw that video. So grateful to have the ocean as my escape from the world ?? #GoPro #Hero5
