Tomorrow is Election Day! Its finally here and even though I cant vote...yet, Im emotionally attached in so many ways to the whole situation ? I came to the States looking for better opportunities, and more importantly, to find my dream job. I left my friends, my home and my family, I have been through long processes to get my work visa and I feel very lucky to call New York my home now. I am from Mexico and for the past year Ive been asked how I feel about Trump considering his direct attacks towards my country and my people. Im not going to lie, I get nervous thinking that if he becomes president it would mean that all that hard work of the people who come looking for a better future, would be for nothing. I believe that the majority of people in this country are not mesn and disrespectful. I believe that this is a country where there are opportunities for those who work hard enough to get them. I believe this is a country where people respect you for who you are and not for what you have. I believe that most people in this country have faith in themselves, that they help others and are humble among each other. I believe that women in this country are strong and work hard to be honored. I believe that tomorrow, the people who decide will be those who lead their lives with love and respect. #ImWithHer
