Happy Monday???
Winter is here and the days are getting colder. It’s time to start thinking about ways to protect our hair from the cold, harsh weather.
Below some of my favourite tips:
-Get a pre fall trim✂️
-Double up on the conditioner??
-Cover your hair with hats/caps ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️
-Once a week, a deep conditioning treatment??
-Pre poo with hot coconut or olive oil?
-Drink plenty of water?
