For months I sat for hours almost everyday talking to him and one day, trusting my intuition, I decided to put my hand in his mouth. If he bit me, good bye hand, but if he didn't, I'd go in with him. He didn't bite my hand and I decided to get in with him. I Loved my boy so much. It doesn't matter how used one gets to Death, it always feels like shit. Whomever works with non human living beings is exposed to Death a lot, and if somebody says that that is not the case he or she is nothing but a liar. But again, every time that we face Death it is so new, so raw, that it changes our whole perspective on life. My real father, not the biological fool, used to say that Death was our only wise adviser, because it removed every ounce of self importance and it helped us see reality as it is. Whenever we feel too important we should remember that Death is always stalking us, ready to tap us on our left shoulder, making life a Magical affair, because what we are doing could very well be our last action on this Planet. I try to live my life like this, without regrets or doubts after I decide to act on something. We should always think methodically what are we doing and why are we doing it, but once we decide to act, one should let go. This is the only way to get rid of fear, our first natural enemy as Humans. So when people ask me if I'm afraid of going in with my kids they can be sure that I am never afraid, because I have already lost everything, I don't have anything else to lose...
