follow and get involved in @getartistspaid - there is a huge amount of artists that provide unpaid labor for corporations to keep their creative profiles relevant and updated daily so they can sell more of their products but nothing in return to the artists except "exposure". as a woman, person of color, queer or all of the above you are more likely to devalue yourself and even more so does corporations. also #getartistpaidontime delayed payments is sometime that freelance artists can really struggle with and suffer from
