These are the first 2 kids of our new initiative @wadesworldfdn called #Spotlighton . We have decided to shed a positive light on our youth in the community of Chicago. I wanna thank the @Chicago Bulls for allowing us to use the United Center as the platform that our #Spotlighton kids can get there shine on. ************ Deon Bridges is a Senior at Urban Prep Academy’s Englewood Campus. His 3.5 grade point average has landed him on the Honor Roll every semester of his high school career. He finds time to volunteer in his community, be a mentor/positive role-model to his 8-year old younger brother, and work part-time in a grocery store on the south-side. Upon graduating, he will go to college and plans to study to be a meteorologist. ***************** Janyah Bradley is a 10-year-old from Chicago with a big dream—to one day work for NASA. But Janyah doesn't want to go to space, she wants to be the one who sits in the command center and sends others towards the stars!!
