Worked out with the bump this morning ???? Thanks to @lucywyndhamread ? and all of her HIIT workouts, my ultrasound tech yesterday thought I was an athlete (? hahaha gave me a good laugh!!) as my resting heart rate is super low & healthy! (In the low 50's) This is also the first of my pregnancies where my iron levels have not been low! ?? Yay!! #fitpregnancy #neverworkedoutbefore #hiitworkout #anyonecandoit
