SALAD INGREDIENTS:
2 salmon fillets
FlavorGod LEMON & GARLIC Seasoning
4 cups of greens
1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
2 eggs, boiled, peeled and sliced
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 avocado, sliced

VINAIGRETTE INGREDIENTS:
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp fresh dill
Salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare the lemon-dill vinaigrette first -- vigorously whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside ---
Boil eggs to desired doneness, 6-8 minutes ---
Preheat grill to medium high heat

Season salmon filets generously with FlavorGod LEMON & GARLIC Seasoning, plus a little salt and pepper. Finish with a light drizzle of olive oil. Grill salmon filets just until they flake easily

Arrange each salad as desired and top with a whole or sliced salmon filet. Stir or shake vinaigrette immediately before serving
