SPEED ROUNDS! Try this 10/20 workout from my HIIT Your Target ebook (only at www.anacheri.com/fitness/) Stations:
1a) DB snatch
1b) quick feet
2) star jump
3) push-ups
4) squat jacks
5) Y to W
Do each exercise for 10 seconds maximum effort then rest for 20 seconds. Each station should be completed 10x through, rest after your 10th round for 2 minutes. ???? For exercise 1a) and 1b) alternate back-and-forth on that station. It should take 30 to 40 minutes to finish all 5 stations. ??❤️ Any questions feel free to ask!
