@lo_wheelerdavis - I'm learning everyday to embrace my flaws. Instead of focusing on all my imperfections- I'm learning to view them as the things that makes me an individual . Telling your self how "fat, ugly, or stupid" you are ... is just like living with a bully! Sometimes when I'm feeling that way - I flip my script and say the same phrases but the opposite adjectives! LIKE: " I'm good enough, people care about me, I'm my own type of beautiful ...."
