@waffles_the_cat shares their story: "Before I got Waffles, I was a through and through dog person. I daydreamed about having a dog and spent all my time petting random dogs or reading dog books or looking at dogs on the internet. Then by some strange twist of fate, Waffles chose me to be in his life and my life has opened up so much.⠀

Waffles has taught me that there is more than one way to love someone, we don’t all have to be like dogs.Cats love us just as much, they just show it in a different way. Waffles always greets us when we come home, he runs to the door and then he flops down showing his soft belly because he wants rubs. He’ll follow us from room to room , quietly observing us but enjoying the company. He doesn’t always sleep on our lap, but he always chooses our jacket to sleep on even if there are loads of other nooks and boxes to sleep in."
