One month ago, we launched The World's Coolest Job to find new creative talent to join the #BDTeam. The response has been overwhelming with more than 40,000 applications and counting ? We can't thank you enough for all the love and support, and we're so impressed by all of your photos, videos and portfolios. We've even received an edible application mailed to our office ?. Our team is reviewing each application one by one, and after seeing the quality and quantity of submissions, we've decided to extend the application process through the end of November! With all of the excitement around the entries, we're so happy to announce that we've made our first hire for video, @nainoalanger! Nainoa was one of the first applicants to apply, and we quickly called him in for an interview after watching his epic videos. We sent him off with one of our creators on a test BD trip and were so impressed with the results. Don't fret if you haven't heard from us just yet.
