Power & Glory ‘Merica, a collaboration with my friend @ernestoyerena was released last Friday while I was still in Hong Kong through Ernesto’s site. The print has already sold out but I wanted to follow up with a better explanation of why Ernesto and I created and released this version of the image. Ernesto and I are both supporters of Native rights and the importance of protecting the planet for all people. Both Ernesto and I strongly support the Native American and other activists who are opposing the pipeline and facing police brutality and prosecution. 100% of the profits from this print will go to supporting those people. While there may have been a mixup in the release time, our hope is that the art inspires people to stand with Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, because that’s what this art is for. - Shepard
