1. Start by priming the face with Motives Complexion Perfection Face Primer. Then apply your favorite Motives foundation as your base. Take a powder brush and lightly apply Cleopatra, from the Motives Mavens Dynasty Palette all over the face, neck and décolleté except under the eyes. Under the eyes, lightly apply Motives Pressed Eye Shadow Fantasy.
2. On the forehead, use a fish net stocking and shade in the holes using an ombre effect with the green, blue and purple shades from the Motives Maven Dynasty Palette.
3. Apply Motives Pressed Eye Shadow in Fantasy on the eye lid. Apply Cleopatra, from the Motives Mavens Dynasty Palette from eye crease to the brow bone. With a thin brush, dramatically line the top eyelid with Motives Mineral Gel Eyeliner in Little Black Dress. Apply Motives Khol Eyeliner in Electric Blue to the waterline. Apply Motives False Lashes – 109.
4. Take Motives Glitter Adhesive and apply to the brow. Cover the adhesive with Motives Glitter Pot in Vivid Blue.
5. Apply Pink Sand lipstick to the lips and dust lightly with Cleopatra, from the Motives Mavens Dynasty Palette.
6. Apply a combination of eyeshadow in pinks, purples and greens to the décolleté area.
