I'm sure there are better pictures, but this will do. At the 2nd women's entrepreneurship forum at Toba. Joined a panel of 6 Japanese women CEO's of their own company to disucss the problems of Women in the workforce. A problem still relevant in modern society today, it may not be evident to you but many women are still suffering from sexual discrimination. I think we as women and men, need to work together to fight for equal rights. Be more assertive and fight for what we stand for. We shared our hopes and dreams for the future, for our country.
