Day 11, #FocusT25 #Beta #UpperFocus - #TBT Edition

From single, living at home, typically a 10 minute commute each way to work, and not much responsibility (on the left)...to married, 2 dogs, a newborn daughter, a house of my own , and commuting 1.25 hours each way to the city to work (on the right)
.
This whole journey was not an overnight #transformation and it's not like I'm on cruise control now. Four years ago I decided to #pushplay on #Insanity OG and #ShaunT changed my entire view on every challenge I face
.
Instead of dreading every day, I get amped about what I WILL accomplish. This goes right along with Shaun's direction of "trust and believe in who you are"
.
I still have bad days, sad days, and angry days. Even working out is still a challenge most times. I know, however, in the end whenever I #DigDeeper good results come out of it and I'm better than what I was before
.
Upper Focus of #T25 done, #fitnessgoals accomplished for the day, now to spend extra time with the family who is just starting to wake up now inn my day off ?
